Echo Cave is a puzzle-adventure game set in a mysterious cave where time keeps resetting in short loops. Every time the loop ends, the world resets, but your previous actions remain as ghostly echoes that repeat everything you did before. You must use these echoes to activate switches, avoid lasers, and solve puzzles that cannot be completed in a single run.
The game was expanded with new features such as sound, music, story screens, a shield power-up with a visible timer bar, and additional mechanics like narrow passages that require a special squeeze mode. Some of the most creative ideas only appear later in the game, so the cave gradually reveals new surprises instead of showing everything at the beginning. The goal is to escape the cave by turning your past actions into the key for solving the labyrinth.
